In my opinion, Olfa makes the best rotary cutters. I’ve been using them since 1983. I have tried nearly every other brand, and I keep coming back to Olfa. I recommend this particular style to my students. The automatic blade guard is a great safety feature. And, who doesn’t love a pop of color?
